Global Policies

Keywords’ approach to responsible business is framed by a continuous drive to conduct our business with the highest standards of honesty, integrity and ethical conduct that align with our business values.

CODE OF BUSINESS CONDUCT

The Keywords’ Code of Business Conduct brings together the global policies and ethical behaviours that we expect of all employees, directors and those who act on our behalf.

It is a guide to help Keywords Colleagues make the right decisions while they work.

Code of Conduct

We also expect our business partners to share our commitment to ethical business practices and meet our standards including respect for human rights, and for key suppliers we operate a Supplier Code of Conduct.

Keywords is committed to the highest possible standards of compliance with our legal requirements. Our Whistleblowing Policy is intended to encourage and enable employees to raise concerns rather than overlook them. Under this policy, an employee can make a disclosure without fear of reprisal or threat of less favourable treatment, subsequent discrimination or disadvantage. This policy is not intended to replace any legal reporting or disclosure requirements which may arise under local legislation. Where statutory reporting requirements or procedures exist, these must be fully complied with. This policy is in addition to the organisation’s grievance procedures referred to above, and provides an extra independent channel, where reports can be made in confidence or anonymously, if required.

Prevention of Modern Slavery Statement

At Keywords, we do not tolerate any form of modern slavery or human trafficking, and we are committed to driving out acts of modern slavery and human trafficking from within our business and supply chains.

Further details of our Modern Slavery policy is published here, together with our Annual Statements pursuant to section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.
