Bertrand brings deep experience in developing and executing growth strategies for international businesses. Previously Chief Digital Officer for Novartis, he subsequently served as Chief Digital and Chief Marketing Officer at Sainsbury’s Argos, leading the integration of Argos into the Sainsbury’s store network. Bertrand’s earlier experience includes senior content creation and entertainment roles at EMI Group, Bragster (which he co-founded) and Amazon and he is currently a non-executive director of Tesco plc.

Dan has held CIO roles covering Asia Pacific and the UK, with considerable additional experience in North America. He was a member of the leadership team at Rentokil Initial plc during its market cap growth from £1.5b to £11b, with 57k colleagues across 90 countries and 223 entrepreneurial acquisitions in 5 years. He also held the position of Group Digital Products and AI Director at Rentokil, utilising agile teams and a collaborative approach to drive digital transformation. Dan is passionate about delivering business value with a security-first approach. 

A Media & Entertainment industry veteran with hands-on experience in all areas of production and post-production, Elodie’s specialisation is preparing content for local and international launch across multiple languages and windows of release. As Global Director of Audio Development and Media & Entertainment at Keywords she coordinates teams dispersed across Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific. 

Fred has built his career with customer support and video games at its core. He was previously Chief Operation Officer at Alchemic Dream, a pioneer in the early days of online video games, where he helped build an international team which would go on to continue its remarkable growth as part of Keywords Studios. With more than 17 years’ experience in the industry, Fred has launched multiple new studios across the globe and now leads all things global customer experience here at Keywords.

Joe brings to the table extensive experience driving cultural change in global organisations. Having trained as a management consultant with EY in London, for 10 years he ran his own business empowering global brands to achieve change from within, delivering major programmes for AXA among other high-profile clients. His specialisations were and remain the pivot from strategy to execution, and the engagement of people in effecting cultural transformation. Before joining Keywords, Joe was non-exec director of a creative technology agency in London.

Jonathan “JZ” Zweig is Chief Revenue Officer at Keywords Studios, where he leads global commercial strategy and partner engagement. He brings over 25 years of experience in video games, media, and entertainment, including leadership roles at Riot Games, Activision Blizzard, and The Walt Disney Company.

JZ is passionate about helping partners unlock growth, build iconic IPs, and connect with fans in meaningful ways. A lifelong gamer, he combines strategic insight with a deep understanding of the creative process and the business of play.

Nicolas Liorzou is the Chief of Staff at Keywords Studios, where he leads the execution of the Group’s highest-priority strategic initiatives. In his current role, Nicolas ensures that Keywords Studios remains at the forefront of the industry’s evolution, accelerating the adoption of emerging technologies and leading the Group’s strategic Consulting offering to help global clients navigate the complexities of modern game development.

At Keywords Studios, Nicolas previously served as Chief Innovation & Consulting Officer, where he spearheaded the Group’s efforts to build value through technological advancement and new service models. His tenure at Keywords also includes roles as Chief Shared Services Officer, streamlining global resource access, and Regional Managing Director for the Americas, where he established a foundational platform for the Group’s expansion in the region.

Before joining Keywords in 2014, Nicolas built a reputation for operational excellence in the industry, notably at WB Games Montreal. With a career-long commitment to growth management and value creation, he now combines his institutional knowledge with a passion for AI innovation, ensuring Keywords Studios is uniquely positioned to empower creators and lead the next generation of technical and creative services.

Romina has spent over two decades building global localization teams that bring high quality service solutions to clients around the world. Her two top priorities are operational excellence and customer success and believes technology is a key enabler. She has a true passion for content and cultural insights and the way they connect gamers from every corner of the world.

Having spent 25+ years in senior leadership roles across various industries, Rhonda brings a wealth of experience in driving and executing process optimisation across global operations. 

Prior to joining Keywords she spent 15 years at Sonoco Products Company as an IT Director, where she focused on large global application deployments, global strategy and process-improvement projects. She was recognised as a 'Trailblazer in IT' at the HCL Red Ladder CXO Choice Awards.

As head of Keywords Engage, Tony is responsible for all the group’s Marketing and Player Engagement services. Prior to joining Keywords he spent over two decades at WPP in a variety of leadership roles, joining their flagship creative agency Ogilvy and rising through the ranks to become Worldwide Board Director with responsibility for Ford Motor Company, WPP’s largest client.

With over 25 years’ experience, including executive and board level strategy roles from Start-Up to Global Fortune 500, Trina is dedicated to understanding existing business operations at their core and then introducing and integrating new capabilities. She has a strong track record of creating compelling and creative solutions which meet clients’ unique needs and has previously held leadership positions at Keywords Studios including that of Global Transformation Director. Trina is passionate about working with clients as partners to identify and unlock value through operational efficiencies and increased revenue generation, whilst improving end consumer experience.

Quentin Staes-Polet leads Keywords AI Services, the Group's offering for frontier AI labs, foundation-model developers, and embodied-AI teams. His mandate is to bring the world's largest and most experienced network of game artists, linguists, QA specialists, and player-experience experts - more than 12,000 people across every major creative discipline - to the work of sourcing and annotating data, evaluating model behaviour, red-teaming, and continuously improving AI systems at scale. 

Quentin brings more than 25 years of operating experience at the intersection of media, technology, and video games, having helped build the international businesses of Unity Technologies and Epic Games' Unreal Engine across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas, with earlier formative work at IBM. A long-standing advocate for the responsible adoption of AI in entertainment, he has also supported more than $3B of M&A as a senior industry advisor to private equity and venture capital. He holds an MBA with Distinction from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and is based in Lisbon, Portugal.

He is highly skilled at collaborating across organisations to enable growth and ensure effective operation in multiple regions, and is poised to develop both Keywords financial infrastructure and talent pool, alongside a system of disciplined capital allocation to facilitate and drive growth across all areas of the business.
