Jamie combines a background in core technology software engineering with diverse experience across technology management and game development. Having played key roles in multiple successful start-ups and led Keywords’ Game Development service line from 2018 to 2022, he now applies his ample SME and corporate experience to optimising the innovation ecosystem both within Keywords Studios and throughout our client and partner networks.

Jeroen joined Keywords in 2019 when Keywords acquired GetSocial where he was CEO. 

With wide and varied expertise from across the entertainment industry with prior roles at YouTube, Spil Games and Universal Music, he's spent his entire career on the intersection of business and creativity, from negotiating licensing contracts between music labels and streaming companies, to licensing and buying hundreds of games for publication on the web and mobile, as well as working with artists from Andrea Bocelli to Limp Bizkit.

Stephen has over 20 years of solution building and new market development at the intersection of art and technology, in which time he helped build AWS GameTech from an idea to a multi-billion dollar business unit.  As Head of AI/ML for Games at AWS, Stephen was responsible for the Go-To-Market strategy and global customer enablement, plus solution development in collaboration with internal engineering teams and strategic partners. Stephen's expertise spans content creation, production pipelines, game engines, and cloud infrastructure.

Now the Head of Games AI at Keywords Studios, Stephen continues to be passionate about the responsible use of new technologies like AI and the cloud to support human creativity, storytelling and the building of safe, inclusive online communities. A world that plays together stays together.
