Keywords Studios is delighted to announce it is expanding its operations in both Poland and Mexico to provide additional capabilities to deliver Player Support and Testing services to its customers.
In Katowice, Poland, where it opened a Player Support studio last year, Keywords has invested in expanded premises to now offer both Localization QA and Functionality QA services. Primarily tailored to Keywords’ European clients’ needs, the facility has grown to 290 seats, with a further 160 capacity secured.
Furthermore, in Mexico City, where Keywords is already a leader in Audio and Localization in Latin-American Spanish, the company has invested in a new facility with space for up to 150 seats, with options to extend further.
Sharing back office and general management services with the existing Audio and Localization service lines in Mexico City, the new facility will provide both Player Support and Functionality QA services. Enjoying a common time zone with the US and Canada, the new services will be primarily aimed at the North American market.
“It’s incredibly valuable to be able to leverage established presences from the Group to deploy our solutions in new territories,” says Frédéric Arens, Service Line Director for Player Support, Keywords Studios.
“Mexico is a perfect nearshore solution for our US customers, complementing very well our existing presences in Montreal and Redmond to provide English and Spanish Player Support services in a very accessible way, yet still consistent with what we offer in Manila and in Poland.”
Mathieu Lachance, Service Line Director for Testing at Keywords, adds: “Demand for our outsourced Testing services are increasing very rapidly and we need to keep up with this demand by adding more of what our customers love about us.
“With studios already operational in so many places, it becomes easy to use an existing local presence as a platform for growth and scale in locations where our customers need us.”
