GDC 2024: Meet the Audio Development Team
Keywords Studios is delighted to once again be attending GDC in San Francisco from March 18-22. Our vastly experienced Audio Development team will be on hand to discuss all artistic and technical audio requirements for your game.
In addition to our team members below, Sound Lab, a Keywords Studio, will also be in attendance at GDC. Studio Head Debbie Gonzalez and Creative and Managing Director Scott Gershin will be giving talks across March 20-22, details of which can be found here.

Elodie Powers - Global Director, Audio Development and Media & Entertainment at Keywords Studios
A Media & Entertainment industry veteran with hands-on experience in all areas of production and post-production, Elodie’s specialisation is preparing content for local and international launch across multiple languages and windows of release. As Global Director of Audio Development and Media & Entertainment at Keywords, she coordinates teams dispersed across Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific.
Katie Young - Studio Head at Liquid Violet
Katie started her career in voice casting two decades ago, working for an audio production company specialising in radio commercials. After a stint in broadcast rights and distribution, she joined The Walt Disney Company, first as part of their Character Voices International in-house dubbing operation, and then as one of the EMEA Original Programming team, where she worked on development and production across a raft of animated and live action series, as well as third-party acquisitions.
As the Studio Head at Liquid Violet, Katie has returned to her voice casting roots, working with AAA game developers and publishers, SVOD platforms, and content producers around the world on audio origination and globalisation to help create truly immersive entertainment experiences.
Stephen Kelly – Client Partner at Liquid Violet
Stephen is a lifelong musician who kickstarted his career composing for national ad campaigns in the UK and Ireland. Evolving into a versatile composer, sound designer, and mixer for animation and feature films, he seamlessly transitioned into the realm of video games. As a voice producer for AAA titles like Death Stranding and Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Breakpoint, he has had the privilege of contributing to a diverse range of projects.
Now serving as Client Partner at Liquid Violet, Stephen bridges client needs from casting all the way through to the finer details of post-production. His extensive experience uniquely positions him to collaboratively partner with clients and help bring their characters to life.
Jenna Jennissary – Producer, Live and Interactive Audio Description at Descriptive Video Works
Jenna is the industry's leading expert on in-game Audio Description (AD). She has spoken at leading industry events such as JAMTL, GAConf, and guest lectured at UCL. Jenna has produced AD for major titles, events, trailers, and showcases, but knows that there is always more that can be done to better serve the growing community of blind and low-vision gamers.
Bo Crutcher – Studio Head at Blindlight
As an avid gamer and lifelong creative, Bo believes that interactive narrative is the most exciting literary development of our time. He believes that human performance is crucial to expanding and improving that narrative - a belief that he integrates into his work as Studio Head at Blindlight.
Aside from his career, he spends his free time getting lost in fantastical worlds, whether that be via video games, tabletop RPGs, or playing classic board games with his family.

Jordan Krekorian – Production Manager at Blindlight
Jordan is the Production Manager at Blindlight, having previously worked as Executive Assistant in production and as an intern at her current studio!
Jordan is involved in everything at Blindlight - from the pre-production phase with clients, to helping execute recording sessions, to delivering files for post-production. She also assists the Creative Office with casting and writing needs.
