World Building

Delivering engaging, imaginative and vivid environments throughout your game.

When it comes to building the world of your game, first-class art production and direction throughout every environment and level is critical to ensuring full immersiveness and believability.

Our global teams are industry-leading experts in developing the storytelling and visual appearance of a game’s spaces and environments, including landscapes, props, buildings and other structures, and collaborate with your teams and workflows in any capacity you require to deliver the results you need.

Creating Believable, Playable Spaces

Our artists build and place 3D environment assets to create believable, playable spaces, and are comfortable working with tile-sets and building performance-driven asset packs that focus on function and form. Our art directors and leads know how to manage complex initiatives and guide a consistent and coherent style throughout all levels and areas, and our technical artists have extensive experience in optimisation for performance and memory usage and in the specific needs of different game engines.

Our focus is always on the details. We prioritise believable and dynamic lighting systems, intelligently-placed cues and triggers, and visual details that accentuate key narrative moments. Using our expert knowledge of composition, perspective and architectural principle as well as tools including Maya, ZBrush, Photoshop, Speedtree and Houdini, our Integrated Environment Development services provide everything you need to create a truly immersive playing environment.
