Dan has held CIO roles covering Asia Pacific and the UK, with considerable additional experience in North America. He was a member of the leadership team at Rentokil Initial plc during its market cap growth from £1.5b to £11b, with 57k colleagues across 90 countries and 223 entrepreneurial acquisitions in 5 years. He also held the position of Group Digital Products and AI Director at Rentokil, utilising agile teams and a collaborative approach to drive digital transformation. Dan is passionate about delivering business value with a security-first approach. 

A Media & Entertainment industry veteran with hands-on experience in all areas of production and post-production, Elodie’s specialisation is preparing content for local and international launch across multiple languages and windows of release. As Global Director of Audio Development and Media & Entertainment at Keywords she coordinates teams dispersed across Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific. 

Fred has built his career with customer support and video games at its core. He was previously Chief Operation Officer at Alchemic Dream, a pioneer in the early days of online video games, where he helped build an international team which would go on to continue its remarkable growth as part of Keywords Studios. With more than 17 years’ experience in the industry, Fred has launched multiple new studios across the globe and now leads all things global customer experience here at Keywords.

Jamie combines a background in core technology software engineering with diverse experience across technology management and game development. Having played key roles in multiple successful start-ups and led Keywords’ Game Development service line from 2018 to 2022, he now applies his ample SME and corporate experience to optimising the innovation ecosystem both within Keywords Studios and throughout our client and partner networks.

Joe brings to the table extensive experience driving cultural change in global organisations. Having trained as a management consultant with EY in London, for 10 years he ran his own business empowering global brands to achieve change from within, delivering major programmes for AXA among other high-profile clients. His specialisations were and remain the pivot from strategy to execution, and the engagement of people in effecting cultural transformation. Before joining Keywords, Joe was non-exec director of a creative technology agency in London.

Jon has a wealth of finance, change management and M&A experience garnered over many years in a variety of roles at Rentokil Initial plc. As CFO in North America, he was responsible for leading a substantial integration programme, and from 2015 he held the role of Group Financial Controller and Treasurer. Prior to moving to Rentokil, Jon worked in PwC’s Assurance practice. 

Jon is a Fellow of the ICAEW.

Michael has been creating partnerships and friendships in the global video games industry for 27 years. He is dedicated to the industry, building relationships with studios and individuals with keen understanding of client needs and goals. Michael was VP of Business Development at Lakshya Digital when they became the 4th Keywords acquisition in 2014, after which he took over the Global Business Development team.  Becoming the CRO in 2021, he continued to grow Keywords’ Client-centric approach to Strategic Partnerships, ultimately becoming Chief Commercial Officer in 2022.

Having started his career consulting in France, Nicolas led Enzyme Testing Labs in Canada as COO-General Manager, growing the business from 40 to 400 employees across three continents. He then spearheaded a central QA service hub for WB Games. After joining Keywords Group in early 2014, Nicolas served as Regional Managing Director for the Americas, creating a robust platform for growth in the region. He now leverages his expertise in preparing organisations for growth to support Keywords’ global Shared Services strategy, facilitating easy access to group resources for all studios and clients worldwide. 

Rob brings a strong track record of delivery across international and acquisitive technology and media companies. Having joined Sky plc as a graduate, he spent 25 years in a variety of progressively senior finance and operational roles across the business (including Finance Director for the Content Division, Group Director of IR, and Executive Director to the Group CEO), and prior to joining Keywords was CFO at the UK&I Division of Flutter Entertainment plc. 

Romina has spent over two decades building global localization teams that bring high quality service solutions to clients around the world. Her two top priorities are operational excellence and customer success and believes technology is a key enabler. She has a true passion for content and cultural insights and the way they connect gamers from every corner of the world.

Having spent 25+ years in senior leadership roles across various industries, Rhonda brings a wealth of experience in driving and executing process optimisation across global operations. 

Prior to joining Keywords she spent 15 years at Sonoco Products Company as an IT Director, where she focused on large global application deployments, global strategy and process-improvement projects. She was recognised as a 'Trailblazer in IT' at the HCL Red Ladder CXO Choice Awards.

As head of Keywords Engage, Tony is responsible for all the group’s Marketing and Player Engagement services. Prior to joining Keywords he spent over two decades at WPP in a variety of leadership roles, joining their flagship creative agency Ogilvy and rising through the ranks to become Worldwide Board Director with responsibility for Ford Motor Company, WPP’s largest client.

With over 25 years’ experience, including executive and board level strategy roles from Start-Up to Global Fortune 500, Trina is dedicated to understanding existing business operations at their core and then introducing and integrating new capabilities. She has a strong track record of creating compelling and creative solutions which meet clients’ unique needs and has previously held leadership positions at Keywords Studios including that of Global Transformation Director. Trina is passionate about working with clients as partners to identify and unlock value through operational efficiencies and increased revenue generation, whilst improving end consumer experience.
