We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our HR initiatives and day-to-day operations. This internship offers hands-on experience Human Resources and provides an opportunity to learn and contribute to employee-focused initiatives within a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day HR administrative tasks and documentation
  • Help maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist in gathering data and creating reports for various internal and external activities.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs
  • Support the preparation of reports, trackers, presentations, and internal communications materials
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and HR-related activities
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries and provide administrative support as needed
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Experience & Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Candidate must be enrolled in internship practicum units
  • Willing to render at least 300 internship hours (per school requirement)
  • Willing to report onsite at least two (2) times a week
  • Proficient in utilizing Google Workspace applications (e.g., Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet) 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
