Inclusive Keywords Studios
As a multicultural business, we thrive on diversity and collaborate as a team across our global studios.
Keywords Studios is a group with studios across Europe, Americas and Asia Pacific, diversity is an integral part of how we provide the best service for our clients and a great place to work for our colleagues. Our diversity strengthens us, and by being actively inclusive we are better colleagues, a more dynamic and resilient company, and deliver better services for our partners.
This is where the Keywords Studios commitment begins, to shape our own organisation, and our industry. One of our five core leadership principles is Embrace an Open World. We are on a purposeful diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) journey at Keywords Studios. Through this we aim to embed DEIB principles and practices across our business and create a workplace where Keywords colleagues experience connection and purpose.
We invite you to follow our journey, explore our activities, get to know us, and see how we are shaping the industry with our partners.

Design Lab London
The Design Lab is a design-led Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) programme based on participative action on Anti-racism and the dynamics of change for companies, sectors, and the wider community of London. The Design Lab works with large businesses to tackle the underrepresentation of Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) groups in London’s labour market. Keywords Studios is part of the 2024 Creative Sector cohort, and has launched the New Game+ project as part of this initiative.
The programme is being delivered by London Equity and Design (LEAD), a partnership between DK&A, a strategic design consultancy, and The Black Leadership Group (BLG), a not-for-profit Anti-racism training organisation.
