As an HR Operations Manager, you play a pivotal role in fostering a thriving and cohesive work environment within the organization. Your responsibilities encompass a wide spectrum of human resource functions, ranging from recruitment and employee relations to operation and performance management. Duties and Responsibilities

  • As studio HR representative, partner with local studio or cross-regional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives作为工作室人力资源代表,与本地工作室团队和区域团队合作,支持组织目标和计划
  • Day-to-day HR operations including but not limited to employee recruitment, payroll and benefits administration, office operation, and performance management日常人力资源运营,包括但不限于人才招聘、工资和福利管理、办公室运营和绩效管理
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of key open roles, from identity needs, sourcing, process to position filled关键岗位的招聘全流程管理,从识别需求、人员筛选、流程跟进、到人员到岗
  • Manager employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters管理员工关系问题,并就人力资源相关事宜向经理和员工提供指导
  • Closely work with studio management team to provide HR deliveries to meet business needs密切和工作室管理层合作,提供人力资源支持以满足业务需要
  • Support for regional operations initiatives to bring collaborations and engagement协助区域运营工作以促进工作室间的融合
  • Oversee local administration operations, facilitate the smooth running of an office监督本地行政运营管理,促进办公室的顺利运行
  • Work with team to get HRIS system implemented locally and promote using配合团队将HRIS在本地落地和推广应用
  • Identify areas for improvement within current Human resources procedures and provide solutions 识别当前可优化人力资源政策和计划, 并提出可实施的解决方案

Experience & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English or related field人力资源、工商管理、英语或相关专业毕业,本科学历及以上
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR area, familiar with HR laws and regulations 3-5 年人力资源经验,熟悉人力资源法律法规
  • Extensive experience in two or more of the following modules: recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluation, and process optimization 在招聘、员工关系、绩效评估、流程优化其中两个或以上模块有丰富经验
  • Strong English language skills, both written and verbal 具备良好的英语语言能力,包括书面及口语能力
  • Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and collaboration skills 责任心强,出色的沟通表达和协作能力
  • A “can do” attitude with strong ownership, an action taker and problem solver 主动性、优秀的执行力以及问题解决能力
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment 能够在快节奏的环境中确定优先级并管理多项任务
  • Experience in the application and promotion of hr systems is preferred  人力资源系统运用和推广普及经验,优先考虑
