Role overview

The VIP Marketing & QC Specialist, fluent in Arabic, will oversee online marketing strategies aimed at retaining, engaging, and monetizing VIP clientele. The primary content will be in Arabic. This position entails crafting and deploying weekly campaigns tailored to our top-tier players' preferences. Additionally, the role involves ensuring the quality control of all direct communications with VIP players through call and email reviews.

Experience & Requirements

What are we looking for? Our Arabic speaking VIP Marketing & QC Specialist has a knack for the following skills:


  • Build collaborative relationship with the VIP Account Manager on client side
  • Provide meaningful, usable feedback to the Account Managers that allows them to engage the VIP base with a focus on retention, engagement and relationship building
  • Plan and lead individualized coaching sessions with Account Managers 


  • Work with the VIP Account Managers to brainstorm ways to further connect with the VIP players based on their daily interaction 
  • Monitor and conduct regular audits of all outbound communication channels 


  • Leverage dashboards and reporting to devise a success matrix for campaigns based on the VIP ARPU lift (Average revenue per VIP user) 
  • Generate creative sweepstake concepts that are focused on what our players value 
  • Work with the VIP Program Director to analyze performance and identify opportunities to optimize our connection with the VIP base and our ability to achieve our goals 
  • Conduct research with the VIP base through surveys and feed it back to the product team in both qualitative and quantitative form 


  • Maintain compliance, ensuring all communications adhere to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
  • Provide weekly business reports showing the progress VIP Marketing is making by product against goals
  • Define and create innovative ways to keep the VIP base engaged with the VIP Marketing promotions

You'd be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic for seamless communication
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing field
  • Experience in quality control of client interactions
  • Experience in coaching and supervision
  • Passion for games coupled with a natural flair for creativity
  • Proficiency in data analysis and process optimization
  • Strong communication and coaching abilities
  • Effective time management skills
  • Dedication to enhance both quality control and marketing efforts
