Senior Product Manager - Lively, UK

At Lively, we pride ourselves on making games full of character. The world is fun and silly and sad and infuriating and banal and beautiful and ugly and all of those things have a place in our games. Lively is a sister studio to Electric Square, and across our 4 studios, many projects, 350 people (and studio dogs (and cats)) we offer you a comfortable and comforting studio culture that we hope can make you feel empowered and inspired.

The whole Electric Square family hungers for difference — we celebrate it, we support it, and we thrive on it for the benefit of our employees, our products, and our community. We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace providing a comprehensive benefits package and an award-winning environment to work in, rating 4.8 out of 5 stars for employee satisfaction on! And we are not idle - we always strive to do better by our employees.

We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Lively team. We’re based in Leamington Spa but we are fully supportive of remote working and happy to enable whatever blend of home and office best empowers you and your work.

What Does a Senior Product Manager Do at Lively?

We are looking for someone to ensure our games are the best possible fit for our players and the market. From conception through to deep in live-ops, Product Managers at Lively ensure we’re prioritising the right features, balance changes, quality of life improvements and any other actions we can take to develop the very best and most commercially successful games possible.

We highly value people skills and people who are great to work with, those who like to take responsibility and push for wonderful solutions, and those with a mind for elegance and simplicity.

We want to give you the chance to shine and ensure our games come alive in the hearts and minds of our players, while working closely with other disciplines to make sure creative dreams can become practical reality.

We are firm believers that people should be the most them they can be, and we want to find someone we can genuinely give opportunities to grow and excel.
