アカウントマネージャー (Account Manager)


Lakshya Digital is seeking a seasoned sales and account manager for our Japan business. Japan has long been, and continues to remain, an important and strategic geography for Lakshya to offer its video game art creation services. We work with many of the top video game companies in Japan including Square Enix, FromSoftware, Capcom, Platinum Games, Sony and Cygames, to create art and animation for their games. We are looking for experienced personnel to help us nurture, grow and manage our services in Japan and make Lakshya the go-to partner for game companies in Japan. Previous gaming experience and network are a plus.

Overall Responsibility

As an account manager, you are expected to:

  • Be a champion for the company as well as the client; selling the vision, goals, strategy of both parties to each other, and striving to ensure both parties succeed. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with both current and new clients. Work closely with the Keywords sales team in Japan
  • Explore / Identify ways to increase business with current clients
  • Increase Lakshya’s client pool in Japan by bringing in new, profitable business/clients independently
  • Work with the PM team to clearly communicate relevant project information with the client, in a timely manner
  • Review Project Status Updates and KPIs regularly to ensure that projects are on track.
  • Review key communication both ways to ensure that important information is being communicated and understood on both sides correctly
  • Identify project risks and red flags, escalate and assist management and PMs in problem-solving

Experience & Requirements

  • Native level Japanese and fluency in English.
  • Must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in project/client management.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent communication, listening, presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Experience and network in the games business is essential
