As the leader of the Enterprise team, you will lead focused and strategically critical projects for the top customers of Helpshift. You will independently manage project prioritization, scope, schedule, resources, status reporting, communication, risk mitigation and implementation.

 

  • Responsible for overall delivery for key enterprise customers.
  • Co-ordinate with Customer success, Account management, Sales and product engineering teams to prioritize and scoping of high impact projects that require quick action to resolve top customer pain points or create customer gains
  • Co-ordination of enterprise customer roadmap with strategic roadmap of product engineering team.
  • OKRs - Responsible for defining (and meeting) OKRs in conjunction with their manager.
  • Biz data requirements – define, align on, socialize and enforce the elements required to inform prioritisation and stack rank of the Enterprise team’s backlog.
  • Responsible for customer relationship management along with CSM.
  • Responsible for hiring enterprise team members.
  • Display strong work ethics. Be a team player with a strong sense of ownership and collaboration.
