Role Overview

Operation Manager will be part of the team to manage the operations of a 45M business across five countries and 11 studios. The role is mainly to assist implementing the right processes and the best practices across the Art Service Line. He/she is responsible for ensure the smooth running from a number of different aspects, sales, production, finance, and human resource management. Operation Manager will work closely with the Art Service Line Director and emphasis on all the objectives of ASL are met and ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability
  • Formulate strategic and develop plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline business processes and systems
  • Defining performance management KPI’s to monitor operational success against objectives
  • Coordinate and work effectively in multi-cultural environments
  • Anticipate and address potential issues when they arise


  • Proven work experience as operations manager or similar role
  • Love to playing games
  • Truly able to Detail oriented with an awareness for numbers and financial data
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance and operation metrics
  • Outstanding communication and people skills
  • Native English Speaker preferred
  • Has working experience in Beijing for at least 2 years
  • Bachelors in STEM disciplines preferred; MSc/MA will be a plus
