• Experienced candidates must have 5+ years of experience working on a similar director/manager position in IT department
  • Strong people management skills and resource planning. Managing teams 20+ people and setting up new teams
  • Cisco, Microsoft Office, and enterprise solutions experience. High proficiency in all solutions with practical experience implementing them
  • AWS and Azure experience
  • Security-related implementations and solutions
  • Excellent process development skills, implementation and execution
  • Experienced candidates must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with some combination of the following technologies: Administration / Operations / Networking / Microsoft and/or Linux administration domain / Customer Support and/or Service Delivery
  • Experience in leading and delivering end-to-end solution which could include design, development, testing and training, and implementation
  • Ability to work well with people including business units stakeholders and project team members
  • Experience building new processes, KPIs, reporting within multiple teams
  • Fluent speaking and writing English
