Keywords’ approach to responsible business is framed by a continuous drive to conduct our business with the highest standards of honesty, integrity and ethical conduct that align with our business values.
The Keywords’ Code of Business Conduct brings together the global policies and ethical behaviours that we expect of all employees, directors and those who act on our behalf. It is a guide to help Keywordians make the right decisions while they work.

Below you can find English versions of some of the individual policies referred to in the Code of Business Conduct for Keywords Studios:
Keywords is committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in its business activities throughout the World. We will not tolerate any form of bribery by, or of, its employees, agents or consultants or any person or body acting on our behalf. Senior Management is committed to implementing effective measures to prevent, monitor and eliminate the risk of bribery or corruption as a result of any management or business practices.
In any company, employees may have problems or concerns about their work, working conditions or working relationships. It is in everyone’s best interest to ensure that these problems and concerns are not allowed to fester and develop into major problems. The Grievance Procedure provides a mechanism for dealing with problems and concerns as quickly and as fairly as possible and at every level throughout the Company.
Keywords is committed to the highest possible standards of compliance with our legal requirements. Our Whistleblowing Policy is intended to encourage and enable employees to raise concerns rather than overlook them. Under this policy, an employee can make a disclosure without fear of reprisal or threat of less favourable treatment, subsequent discrimination or disadvantage. This policy is not intended to replace any legal reporting or disclosure requirements which may arise under local legislation. Where statutory reporting requirements or procedures exist, these must be fully complied with. This policy is in addition to the organisation’s grievance procedures referred to above, and provides an extra independent channel, where reports can be made in confidence or anonymously, if required.
At Keywords, we do not tolerate any form of modern slavery or human trafficking, and we are committed to driving out acts of modern slavery and human trafficking from within our business and supply chains.
Further details of our Modern Slavery policy is published here, together with our Annual Statements pursuant to section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.
