We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Lead to take ownership of large-scale operations, lead high-performing international teams, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, enjoys solving complex challenges, and can successfully manage projects and stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.
Location: Katowice, Poland - this job is not a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 50 professionals.
- Own project delivery, ensuring quality, efficiency, and business objectives are met.
- Manage priorities, KPIs, risks, and operational performance.
- Drive process improvements and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate seamless work hand-offs across international time zones.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure clear communication, documentation, and operational excellence.
Experience & Requirements
- 3+ years of project leadership experience.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Proven ability to independently lead complex projects and make sound decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with international teams and global operations.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of professionalism, ownership, and accountability.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience in AI, data operations, technology, or digital services.
- Background in process optimization, Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
