Keywords Group company, provides international media localization, translation, voice recording, and international content creation services through its network of project managers, recording studios, and selected linguists around the world 

The SSC payment analyst will be part of the team responsible of managing payments for all European entities managed by the Shared Service Center, based in Cinisello. 

The role requires flexibility, attention to details and  capacity of relationship with different cultures. 

The candidate, reporting to the Senior SSC payment accountant, will be responsible for: 

  • Supplier payment either manual or automatic 
  • Use  of Intelligent Document Processing and Machine Learning technology (ML) for bank reconciliation 
  • Month end process and related reconciliation 
  • Group bank relationship and issue solving 
  • Urgent payment  
  • Payment of any statutory obligation, such as taxes, fund, pension  
  • Relationship with Group Treasury department 
  • Cash forecast  
  • Support Accounting Supervisor during audit  

Experience & Requirements

Technical Skills 

  • Diploma in accounting and/or degree in economics 
  • At least 3/5 years of proven working experience in Accounting , preferably in treasury   
  • Knowledge of main of home banking system 
  • Good MS Excel skills and in general good IT systems skills 
  • Fluent in English (C1) 
  • Knowledege of Netsuite  
  • Knowledge of general ledger
