Shane is a talent acquisition professional with over 20 years of experience spanning 3 continents and numerous industries, including most recently focused exclusively on the game development industry. He currently heads up a global talent acquisition team within Keywords Studios with a specific focus on sourcing and recruiting talent in game development and art production streams.

Eduardo is an accomplished Talent Acquisition leader with a passion for discovering exceptional talent. With over a decade of experience in Talent Acquisition, he has honed his skills in attracting top-notch talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Eduardo thrives in navigating fast-paced recruitment processes, even in challenging and fiercely competitive environments. His track record includes building effective recruitment strategies, facilitating expansion plans, and supporting the growth of service lines and games studios.
As a member of the Keywords Studios leadership team, Eduardo brings his industry knowledge, dedication, and innovative approach to overcome recruitment challenges and drive collaboration.
Cristina Sala – Talent Sourcing Specialist – UK/EU
Cristina is a Talent Sourcing Specialist with over 10 years of experience in attracting, sourcing, converting, and developing international talents. With a strong background in art and design university recruitment, training & development and big tech, she has honed her skills in talent sourcing and has now set her sights on the gaming industry. Currently working with Keywords Studios Create, Cristina is focused on identifying and recruiting the top talents in game development and art production studios across the UK and Europe.
Maciej Slowik – Talent Sourcing Specialist – UK/EU
Maciek is a dedicated Talent Sourcing Specialist with the Keywords Create service line. In the past, he worked in the IT industry as a Technical Recruiter where he engaged with gained valuable experience in dealing with highly skilled professionals. With a strong passion for the gaming industry, Maciek is excited to be supporting all of the UK and EU studios in reaching out to top talents, while currently focusing on establishing relationships and building talent communities with engineers and designers.
