Join Keywords Studios as a Financial Controller and be at the heart of our financial operations, delivering timely, accurate financial reporting and ensuring compliance with accounting standards across our UK studios. You will play a key role the finance team, driving process improvements, and supporting strategic business decisions through comprehensive financial analysis.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts and associated analysis for a studio.
Balance sheet Reconciliations and SarbOx compliance.
Cash flow management.
Intercompany recharges and reconciliations.
Preparation of budgeting and forecasting.
VAT returns.
Revenue recognition.
Preparation of statutory accounts and dealing with auditors.
Acting as a business partner to senior stakeholders to provide performance and commercial
analysis.
Liaising with Shared Services Centre responsible for accounts payable, receivable, and creditcontrol.

Experience & Requirements

The successful candidate for this role will be a Qualified (or nearly qualified accountant) Accountant.
You will possess a mature and dedicated approach, together with the drive, ambition, and desire to
succeed.
You will also have a good understanding of financial accounting and will possess strong
communication skills.
Experience of Netsuite is essential, experience of Tagetik would be useful but isn’t essential.
Strong Excel skills are essential.
