We’re looking for a hands-on and experienced Corporate Operations Property Manager in Poland to lead the day-to-day operations of our Katowice studio. In this role, you’ll ensure our workplace is safe, efficient, and inspiring. Supporting everything from vendor management and hybrid workspaces to sustainability, compliance, and employee experience.

Experience & Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in facilities or workplace management
  • Bachelor’s degree in facilities, business, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Polish building codes, labor laws, and H&S standards
  • Familiarity with building systems, maintenance, and construction
  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills
  • Fluent in Polish and proficient in English (written and spoken)
  • Solid leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient with MS Office and facilities software (e.g., CMMS)
  • Budgeting and financial management experience
  • Organized, proactive, and collaborative team player

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations to keep our office running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
  • Plan and optimize our workspace, supporting hybrid work and long-term growth.
  • Manage vendors and budgets, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective services.
  • Drive sustainability, safety, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Support tech integration (e.g., AV, booking tools) to improve the workplace experience.
  • Promote employee engagement through wellness initiatives and office events.
  • Lead a small team, fostering a service-oriented and collaborative culture.
  • Own business continuity planning, ensuring we’re prepared for the unexpected.
