Experience & Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in facilities or workplace management
- Bachelor’s degree in facilities, business, or related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Polish building codes, labor laws, and H&S standards
- Familiarity with building systems, maintenance, and construction
- Excellent project management and multitasking skills
- Fluent in Polish and proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Solid leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficient with MS Office and facilities software (e.g., CMMS)
- Budgeting and financial management experience
- Organized, proactive, and collaborative team player
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations to keep our office running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
- Plan and optimize our workspace, supporting hybrid work and long-term growth.
- Manage vendors and budgets, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective services.
- Drive sustainability, safety, and compliance with local regulations.
- Support tech integration (e.g., AV, booking tools) to improve the workplace experience.
- Promote employee engagement through wellness initiatives and office events.
- Lead a small team, fostering a service-oriented and collaborative culture.
- Own business continuity planning, ensuring we’re prepared for the unexpected.
