Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Workplace Assistant to join our growing and dynamic Office Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment supporting the smooth operation of our Madrid office. This is an onsite role, with training provided.

Experience & Requirements
Key Responsibilities and Activities
Facilities & Office Management
- Monitor and manage office supplies including stationery, electronics, furniture, and consumables.
- Coordinate maintenance and cleaning services to ensure a safe, clean, and functional workplace.
- Maintain professional relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Support the coordination of courier services, postage, shipping, and billing.
- Support with H&S requirements
People & Culture
- Assist with onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Welcome clients, visitors, talents and team members to the office, ensuring a positive experience.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and office events.
Administrative Support
- Book travel and accommodation for visiting staff or guests.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
· Proficiency in Spanish is required; English is a strong advantage.
· Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent verbal and written communication.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Must be available to work onsite in our Madrid office from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm
We offer an annual salary of 9.000€.
