The UK Corporate Facilities and Leasing Manager will provide leadership and coordination of property operations for Keywords Studios in the UK, acting in a consultative capacity to support the wider UK facilities portfolio (the UK is currently managed as 14 separate operations). All teams working in an office management capacity across the UK portfolio will have dotted line responsibility into this role. The role will act as a catalyst for greater collaboration, centralisation, and efficiency across the UK studios, enabling cost optimization, stronger governance and improved cross-studio collaboration.

Building strong relationships with stakeholders, particularly within the Create and Engage functions, will be critical to ensure the facilities strategy supports operational needs, growth, and employee experience.

Strategic Development & Collaboration

  • Support the Global Head of Facilities and Leasing, UK Regional Game Development Director and Engage Finance Director in developing a coordinated UK property strategy.
  • Act in a consultative role across UK studios, promoting best practice sharing, centralisation opportunities and improved alignment.
  • Identify and recommend cost optimisation opportunities including space consolidation, vendor rationalisation, and shared service models.
  • Foster strong collaboration across Create and Engage functions to align facilities with business goals.

Operational Oversight

  • Provide guidance, advice, and support to local facilities teams across other UK studios.
  • Establish frameworks, standards and processes to ensure consistent service levels and compliance.
  • Support implementation of centralised ticketing, vendor management and reporting processes.

Financial & Governance

  • Track and report facilities spend across the UK, highlighting savings opportunities and supporting site by site budget management.
  • Drive cost efficiency initiatives while maintaining service quality.
  • Support governance and compliance in line with health, safety and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with UK studio leaders, ensuring property and facilities strategies support operational needs.
  • Act as a trusted partner to Create and Engage UK leadership.
  • Promote transparency and collaboration across sites, influencing change where required.

Employee Experience

  • Ensure the workplace supports productivity, well-being and a superb employee experience.
  • Champion facilities improvements that encourage cross-studio collaboration and alignment.
  • Look for opportunities to improve employee engagement through the provision of services or community building events where possible.

Experience & Requirements

  • Proven experience (typically 5-8 years) in facilities management or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, construction, and maintenance processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google and facilities management software (e.g., CMMS systems).
  • Strong leadership and management abilities.
  • Knowledge of UK health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Budgeting and financial management skills.
