About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically sound Lead Trainer to lead and deliver all the Soft Skills training programs. The ideal candidate brings in strong technical proficiency in program design, learning tools, platforms, and instructional design methodologies to drive and deliver result-oriented learning programs. You will design strategic L&D initiatives, manage end-to-end learning programs, and eventually mentor a team to deliver impactful learning experiences aligned with business goals.

Experience & Requirements
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s or a master’s degree in human resources, Education, Business, or related field.
- Certifications in instructional design, learning technologies, or project management (e.g., ATD, CIPD, PMP) are a big plus.
Experience:
- 9-12 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field, with at least 2 years in a Senior Trainer role.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering learning programs and ability to scale.
- Experience in managing L&D systems (e.g., LMS, content authoring tools) and integrating technology into learning.
- Should have proven experience in instructional design and e-learning content creation.
Skills:
- Good technical acumen in L&D tools, platforms, and learning analytics.
- Practical and hands on approach to carry out critical tasks and problem solving
- Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on results and impact.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and actions.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in learning.
- Result oriented, hands-on approach and strong collaborator.
Preferred:
- Experience working in creative, gaming and/or media industry or a similar fast-paced, dynamic environment in a plus.
- Familiarity with digital learning trends including AI in learning, gamification, or AR/VR.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning programs – design and delivery:
- Design and deliver comprehensive Soft Skill Learning roadmap aligned with business objectives in consultation with Leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver the learning programs and assessments – soft skills, behavioural, leadership development and organisational (including compliance) using innovative and effective delivery methods.
- Manage learning projects, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and measurable impact for programs run internally or through our Training partners.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives using data analytics and feedback, driving continuous improvement.
· There is specific area of focus that needs effective transition from ILD learning programs to Digital and self-learning mode.
- Ensure timely reporting of performance metrics of the programs to all the stakeholders and leadership team.
Systems and Processes :
- Manage and continually develop L&D platforms (LMS, Learning Experience Platforms, content authoring tools, virtual classroom technologies) to enhance usage and effectiveness.
- Leverage data analytics tools to measure learning outcomes and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Stay abreast of emerging learning technologies (AI, microlearning, adaptive learning, etc.) and recommend their integration into the learning ecosystem.
- Create engaging and rich learning content using latest technologies and tools that are easy to deploy through Organizational Learning systems.
- Regularly review and continually improve L&D processes, data keeping and systems.
Inter and Intra Department & Collaboration:
- Be integral part of L&D departmental growth and development through systems, processes, team members by fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Coach and mentor other Team members and associates of the Department to ensure there is a great alignment with business and departmental objectives.
- Partner with business & functional leaders, HR, and SMEs to identify learning needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Influence and advocate for a learning culture across the organization.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of learning goals with business priorities.
- Onboard qualified learning partners and manage entire lifecycle to deliver learning solutions within budget and stipulated timelines.
