About the Role:

We are seeking a Social Media Expert responsible for managing and growing the company's social media presence on various platforms. They will develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's outreach and engagement with its target audience.

Experience & Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience of 3+ years of managing social media platforms for businesses, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant      social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms to schedule posts, track performance, and generate reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and shareable content.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and insights to optimize social media strategies.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Key responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience. Identify the most effective platforms for reaching the company's target market.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for social media posts, including text, images, and videos. Ensure content is optimized for each platform and appeals to the target audience.
  • Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from users across social media platforms. Foster positive relationships with followers, customers, and industry influencers.
  • Growth and Engagement: Increase the company's social media following and drive engagement with the target audience. Develop and execute campaigns to promote the company's products or services and increase brand awareness.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics, such as follower growth, engagement rate, reach, and conversion rates. Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives. Coordinate with other departments to gather information and content for social media posts
