DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure completeness of employee documentation such as employee contract, JD’s government numbers, loan information and bank account number etc.
  • Help out in filing, updating and safekeeping of employee 201 file (hard copies).
  • Work with employees and bank to set up new hire payroll.
  • Assist on benefits and government mandated payments, loans and other requirements for employees.
  • Ensuring timely response to employee requests and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Support other HR programs, projects, and activities.
  • Other responsibilities and duties as defined from time to time

Experience & Requirements

Education Requirements

  • Must be taking internship/practicum units

Technical skills

  • Knowledgeable in handling HR data and filing 201 files.
  • Familiar in MS Excel, PPT and other Microsoft tools and platforms
  • Can handle basic to intermediate HR related inquiries

Behavioral Skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Good communication skills; (verbal and written)
  • Keen attention to details
  • Organizational skills
