Keywords Studios Near-Term Science-Based Targets

Keywords Studio's near-term greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction targets have been approved by the Science Based Targets Initiative, marking an important milestone in our sustainability journey and reinforcing our commitment to climate action. The approved targets align with the latest climate science and support the global ambition to limit warming in line with the goals of the Paris Agreement.

Our Targets:

  • Keywords Studios commits to reduce absolute scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions 42.0% by 2030 from a 2024 base year.
  • Keywords Studios also commits to reduce absolute scope 3 GHG emissions from fuel- and energy-related activities, business travel and employee commuting 25.0% within the same timeframe.
  • Keywords Studios further commits that 60.0% of its suppliers by emissions covering purchased goods and services, will have science-based targets by 2030.
  • Keywords Studios finally commits that 30.0% of its suppliers by emissions covering capital goods, will have science-based targets by 2030.

The approval of these targets demonstrates Keywords Studios’ commitment to reducing emissions across our operations and value chain whilst working collaboratively with suppliers and partners to drive meaningful progress toward a lower-carbon future.
