ApplyDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and wellness initiatives.
- Help update and maintain the benefits database and employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance such as SSS, HMO, Insurance, TendoPay etc.
- Support the HR team in preparing benefits-related communications and educational materials for employees.
- Assist in open enrollment processes, including managing employee inquiries and collecting necessary documentation.
- Participate in employee engagement activities that promote benefits awareness and utilization.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits programs and assist with resolving issues.

Experience & Requirements
- Must be taking internship/practicum units
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource or any related field.
- Prior internship in HR or administrative roles is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of confidentiality and integrity in handling confidential information.
