DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and wellness initiatives.
  • Help update and maintain the benefits database and employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance such as SSS, HMO, Insurance, TendoPay etc. 
  • Support the HR team in preparing benefits-related communications and educational materials for employees.
  • Assist in open enrollment processes, including managing employee inquiries and collecting necessary documentation.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities that promote benefits awareness and utilization.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits programs and assist with resolving issues.

Experience & Requirements

  • Must be taking internship/practicum units
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource or any related field. 
  • Prior internship in HR or administrative roles is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity in handling confidential information.
