In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the financial health of our organization by providing insightful analysis and support in various financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis and forecast reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and quarterly reports.
- Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts and assist with month-end closing activities.
- Support the budgeting process and periodic reforecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive business decisions.
- Prepare reports for management and stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators.
- Participate in audit preparations and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Experience & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting.
- Proficient in Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in the gaming industry is preferred but not mandatory.
