Mark Anthony Hobbs – Solutions Architect, Create Service Division

Mark Anthony has over 15 years’ experience in industry with an impressive background across Games and Technology and a broad base of knowledge. His diverse background working across several roles gives him a deep understanding of our client’s needs – he was once a client himself! His particular experience allows him to see the big picture when it comes to development planning with our clients and is comfortable navigating solutions that fit into your project goals.

Vlad Alexandru – Regional Director, Eastern Europe / Studio Head at AMC

Vlad leads the continued growth and development of Keywords in Eastern Europe and prior to beginning his journey in the games industry in 2020, he held roles in Business Development and Strategic Partnerships in the tech industry. 

Vlad also leads AMC Studio – a leading video game art and design studio based in Bucharest, Romania – specializing in creating 3D, 2D and Concept art for the video games industry and beyond. With more than 20 years of experience and part of Keywords Studios since 2021, AMC has provided high end Art Services for some of the industry’s most acclaimed titles, such as: The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Call of Duty and many more.

Matt Ditton – Studio Head at Mighty Build & Test


Matt is a 23 year veteran of the Australian games industry. Working at Krome, Pandemic, and the Griffith Film School, Matt is the co-founder of Mighty Games. After working in nearly every role in the games industry, art, design, programming, production and is now Studio Head at Mighty Build and Test.

Since joining Keywords 12 months ago Matt has been around the world three times to spread the word about Mighty and the benefits of Automated development tools.
