Once a technology solution was implemented, Keywords Studios assembled a team of superhero moderators, a blend of fresh new agents and experienced veterans. With their deep understanding of gamer language, pop culture, and a love of video games, this diverse team was well-equipped to handle the nuances of content moderation, from reviewing stream and channel chats to moderating usernames.
