Role Summary

We’re looking for experienced live chat or customer service agents interested in joining a VIP-focused beta program. Agents will engage webstore visitors in real time to reduce cart abandonment and drive conversions. This is a great opportunity for those seeking to grow into strategic, client-facing support roles.

What you'll do: 

  • Engage customers in real-time via live chat 
  • Assist with checkout and purchasing questions 
  • Help optimize webstore performance for VIPs and everyday players

Experience & Requirements

What we’re looking for: 

  • 2+ years in live chat, sales and customer service roles 
  • Excellent written English and fast typing speed 
  • Empathy, professionalism, and a sales-savvy mindset 
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Helpshift or similar platforms 

Location: Manila 

Start Date: July 

Schedule: Full-time, shifting coverage
