As a Globalize Talent Development Specialist, you will play a key role in equipping employees with the knowledge, skills, and motivation needed to perform at their best. You’ll take a strategic approach to learning and development, identifying skill gaps, designing effective training solutions, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Whether delivering training yourself or collaborating with other trainers, your work will directly contribute to employee growth, retention, and overall business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end learning initiatives – from needs analysis and program design to delivery and evaluation.
- Develop and implement blended learning solutions, incorporating in-person, virtual, and e-learning methods.
- Design engaging learning content for various formats, including interactive e-learning modules.
- Partner with stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, and leadership to create training programs aligned with business goals.
- Facilitate engaging learning experiences, including: Onboarding programs, Leadership and professional development training.
- Continuously assess and improve training effectiveness through data-driven insights, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge-sharing within the organization.
- Support managers in developing their teams, providing guidance on coaching and training best practices.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by researching innovative learning technologies and methodologies.
- Maintain and update learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
- Prepare and present reports on training impact and key learning initiatives.
- Must apply strong problem-solving skills to adapt training approaches, address learner challenges, and ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Experience & Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong facilitation and engagement skills, with the ability to inspire learners.
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple training projects and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in office productivity and digital collaboration tools, such as spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Comfortable with new technologies and continuous learning.
