Job Role: HRBP
Location : Pune (Yerwada)
Work from office – 5 days
Contract Role for 6 months (conversion basis performance)
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee onboarding, documentation, background verification, and induction coordination.
- Ensure timely processing of confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Drive process consistency and compliance across all employee lifecycle activities.
🔹 HR Data Management & HRIS
- Manage HRMS/HRIS platforms to ensure up-to-date and accurate employee data.
- Generate, analyze, and present HR reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, attrition, attendance, etc.).
🔹Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Liaise with the payroll team to provide accurate inputs (new joiners, exits, leave, deductions, variable pay, etc.).
- Verify payroll output and support employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
- Coordinate with external vendors for benefits administration (insurance, reimbursements, etc.).
🔹 Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, etc.).
- Assist in policy revisions, process documentation, and SOP updates.
🔹 Employee Experience & Query Management
- Resolve employee queries related to HR policies, systems, and processes.
- Drive process improvements to enhance employee experience and reduce turnaround time.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication programs.
🔹 HR Process Excellence
- Ensure high accuracy, confidentiality, and service delivery standards across all HR operations
