Tony Grigg – CMO Keywords Group and Managing Director Engage
Tony is a Marketing and Communications expert with extensive Industry experience. He spent over 20 years at WPP where he held numerous Leadership positions. Most notably, he sat on the Worldwide Board of Ogilvy and Mather with executive responsibility for the company’s largest account – Ford Motor Company. He was then tasked with the development and establishment of WPP’s first team model, Blue Hive, created to offer clients a bespoke solution to their holistic marketing needs. After 4 years as CEO, Tony moved into Hogarth, WPP’s marketing implementation division, where he was responsible for in-sourcing production from WPP’s broad agency portfolio.
Tony joined Keywords in 2022 with the mandate to expand the breadth and depth of our Engage Service Division, so that we can provide world class support to our existing (and new) clients’ player engagement, research and Marketing needs.

Ben Lavery – Studio Head at TrailerFarm and Big Farmer
Ben leads TrailerFarm and our new Big Farmer studio, providing real-time cinematics, video content, animation and virtual production services with a team of 50 game developers, artists, engine experts, writers, directors and producers – delivering the best in technical art-led productions. He works closely with his management team to ensure the two creative production studios stay excited by innovation, technological advancement and experimentation. Prior to joining TrailerFarm, Ben was a commercial lead in a production company, a creative agency, a mocap studio and started out brokering film and TV rights deals.

Sebastian Long – Managing Director of Player Research
Seb is the Managing Director of Player Research, the leading agency for insights into players and play. Seb has led research projects for hundreds of games across all genres, platforms and audiences, and now leads Player Research’s international teams examining the fun-factor of blockbuster video games during their production. His team have big news to share at Gamescom this year, with the launch of new services in support of games accessibility: helping development teams design games that deliberately include their disabled players.

James Gallagher – Head of Community Management
James leads community and social media projects for the Player Engagement pillar of Engage, providing services ranging from social media management to community building and sentiment analysis. His team of 110 Community and Social Media Managers works with more than 40 developers and publishers on building better relationships with their players. Before Keywords, James was a community manager at Rockstar Games, PlayStation and Techland.
