As an Implementation Specialist, you will be at the forefront of deploying and integrating our cutting-edge SaaS products. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our customers seamlessly adopt our solutions, enhancing their operational efficiency and overall experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective product implementation and support. Your contributions will be critical in driving customer satisfaction and success. 


  • Strategic Development: Craft and execute strategies for successful product implementation. 
  • Communication: Engage in effective communication with customers and internal teams, ensuring clarity and understanding at all stages. 
  • Demonstration Creation: Produce compelling demonstrations using video and PowerPoint to showcase product capabilities. 
  • Technical Writing: Apply principles of technical writing to create clear, comprehensive strategy documentation. 
  • Customer Collaboration: Work closely with customers to develop and deploy custom integration components, ensuring their specific needs are met. 
  • SDK Implementation: Implement Helpshift SDKs across various platforms (iOS, Android, Unity), tailoring them to customer requirements. 
  • API Showcase: Demonstrate the capabilities of Helpshift APIs to potential and existing customers. 
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate datasets and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker. 
  • Support Escalation Point: Act as the primary point of contact for escalated support issues. 
  • Product Mastery: Gain proficiency in Helpshift’s administrative tools, including AI products and bots. 
  • Project Management: Exhibit efficiency in managing time and projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. 
  • Technical Familiarity: Develop a working knowledge of programming languages like Python and JavaScript.

Experience & Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in SaaS, preferably in technical services or support. 
  • Technical Understanding: Knowledge of Python, Node.js, SDKs, APIs, and cloud computing concepts. 
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional skills in organization and task management. 
  • Communication: Strong ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. 
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office tools, particularly in data analysis with Excel or Sheets.
