Role overview

As a Data Controller, you'll be the backbone of the data operations within Player Engagement. Acting as the architect behind our Salesforce data management, you will create insightful dashboards, reports, and dive deep into data to find the best course of action possible. Additionally, you'll contribute to developing business growth plans, refining lead generation strategies, and ensuring effective sales pipeline management. Your work will be essential in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Experience & Requirements

What are we looking for? Our Revenue Operations Data Controller has a knack for the following skills:


  • Design and implement data-driven strategies to enhance business development and lead generation efforts.
  • Oversee and enhance sales pipeline management processes for increased efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development of streamlined client onboarding processes.


  • Administer and manage the Salesforce instance to optimize the efficiency of our sales processes.
  • Implement and maintain data governance policies to ensure data accuracy and integrity.


  • Develop and generate insightful dashboards and reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Optimize revenue operations through effective data management and analysis.


  • Cooperate with cross-functional teams to leverage data for targeted marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Collaborate with account management teams to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and success.

You'd be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Data Science, etc.). 
  • Proven experience as a Data Controller or similar role in a customer support or BPO setting. 
  • Expertise in Salesforce administration and configuration. 
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and dashboard creation. 
  • Knowledge of best practices in business development, lead generation, and revenue operations. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
