We are seeking a forward-thinking and detail-oriented Subtitling Coordinator to join our Media & Entertainment division. This role plays a crucial part in optimizing subtitling workflows, ensuring high-quality, culturally accurate localized content.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that projects assigned to by the clients are delivered to the clients within the timescales, to the quality expected and within the company’s profitability margins.
- Manage internal and external resources to ensure they perform according to the project instructions, client expectations and the company's QA procedures.
- Prepare and analyse translation files from clients.
- Ensure project data in the company's system is accurate, updated and complete.
- Prepares essential data for client invoicing and financial reports.
- Participate in regular internal meetings.

Experience & Requirements
- Fluency in Tagalog/Filipino (native-level proficiency) and English.
- Proven experience in translation, subtitling, or localization projects, ideally with exposure to large-scale content production.
- Analytical mindset with experience in quality analysis, data reporting, and problem solving.
- Familiarity with subtitling tools (e.g., EZTitles, OOONA) and proficiency with Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and similar tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with OTT platforms or similar entertainment content workflows.
