Work Location: Onsite in Indianapolis, IN

Payrate: 30.00/hr + an hour depending on experienceWork Hours: M - F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

We are hiring a Clinical Trial Label Innovation Project Coordinator to work with-in supply management for one of our downtown premium pharma clients. The CT label innovation project coordinator is responsible to help ensure timely delivery of various project elements leading up to project go-live and beyond. The position will require following any and all applicable quality and regulatory requirements. Effectively collaborate with internal/external partners and carefully manage deliverables and timelines.

Experience & Requirements

  • Associate Degree or higher
  • Packaging, Engineering or Graphic Design experience/education a plus but not required.
  • Technically adept and oriented.
  • Must be pro-active with self-management skills, ability to lead without oversight.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness performing detailed tasks.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
  • Must be eager to learn and take action.
  • Not afraid to ask questions to ensure understanding.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be well versed in Microsoft Office
  • Exhibiting a professional demeanor
