Role Overview

KWS are looking for a NetSuite certified consultant with a strong background on procurement (end to end). This individual should be comfortable engaging with stakeholders (junior to mid senior) at both legacy studios and new acquisitions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Absorbing new acquisitions on finance applications

GAP analysis for absorbing new acquisitions (Procurement)
NetSuite application configuration with a focus on P2P functionality
Full data migration (open transactions\master data etc.) and system testing
Training new users

User support (c 350 user base) and defect remediation (split shift between Asia & Europe)
Design of workflows and process enhancement
Stay current with emerging NetSuite releases\functionality.

Experience & Requirements

Skills & Experience Required

NetSuite certified consultant (Foundation\Administrator) – might suit ex consultant seeking to go in-house
Strong procurement experience required (end to end experience)
Background in Procurement a major plus (exposure to Procurify integration highly advantageous)
Complex multi subsidiary environment experience essential
Experience working with multiple and remote teams.
Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to work within team deadlines.
Strong communication and team skills.
