  • Providing engaging multi-media content for social media accounts
  • Responding to comments and player queries in a timely manner
  • Monitoring and reporting on feedback and online reviews
  • Organizing and participating in events to build community and boost brand awareness
  • Interacting with our client’s customers for all the inquiries they could have about the game
  • Assisting the developer by forwarding them important information from all the issues you handle with customers.
  • Helping foster and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for a game community by reviewing content and players’ behaviour on different channels (forums etc), moderating
  • Creating and updating corresponding documentation as needed.


  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
  • Excellent knowledge of English, native or near-native level would be an asset.
  • Interest in video games.
  • Availability to work on different shifts and schedules including night-time and weekends.
  • Ready to work in a studio located in Katowice, Poland.
