Work from Home: Locally WFH, but possibility for Local Hybrid once onsite operations resume.

Keywords is looking for a OEM Quality Program Manager. This person will function as the overall data liaison with external clients for this consumer electronics company.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor global quality data from manufacturing and field returns
  • Consult regularly with program managers to monitor quality status. Support program managers as necessary to investigate and resolve any quality escalations
  • Co-sponsor regular weekly quality meetings
    • Review current defects, work with customers on root cause analysis and repairs as necessary. Monitor any trends or repetitive issues, work with customer and resources as necessary to diagnose and resolve issues. Work with other regional quality engineers as necessary to resolve defects found in other countries
  • Consult with CSM’s on (“significant defect/quality escalation”) activity. Lead SCAR resolution and customer engagement
  • Work closely with other Quality Engineers to prepare for audits of factory facilities (factories and repair depot locations), ensuring the site is ready for the audit and audits only contractual agreements between customers.

    • Identify trends, required areas of improvement, and drive improvements back into R&D and supply chain manufacturing
    • Work with complex data in an environment of changing priorities and requirements while:
      • Adapting quickly
      • Maintaining focus
      • Executing with a high degree of accuracy and close attention to detail
    • Maintain professionalism while functioning in high stress situations
    • Work overtime and weekends (as requested during peak times)
  • Skills
    • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and resolution recommendation skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms
