We are looking for a Technical Player Support agent. We are looking to support our client support their AAA game projects, and are looking for someone with great customer service, but also technical know-how to help provide the best levels of service to their players, to ensure any issues they encounter can be resolved swiftly and effectively.


This position is Work From Home, but only available to residents of certain states. Eligible states are: Oklahoma Mississippi Nevada Maryland Massachusetts Texas Alabama Texas California Colorado Florida Indiana Nevada Oregon Utah New Mexico Washington Ohio

Requirements

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Technical familiarity with supporting developers and APIs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and desire to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Experience with game developer backends such as: Microsoft Playfab, Steamworks, Epic Online Services, Xbox Live, PlayStation Network, or similar
  • Recent work with game engines (Unreal Engine, Unity, …)


    Nice To Have Skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Tools
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
