Duties and responsibilities

· Successful candidates must be fluent in Korean
· Good English communication skills, both spoken and written
· Deliver timely, accurate and respectful answers to customers’ questions and issues
· Utilize the internal ticketing system to log all requests and activities
· Take ownership of Player Support incidents and work to successfully resolve them
· Escalate issues as needed
· Other duties assigned


Skills required

· College level
· Excellent written communication
· Preferably with customer service experience in a BPO setting
· Ability to quickly learn customer service based tools and techniques
· Gaming background is a plus
· Amenable to work on shifting schedule
· Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
