We also provide services to online payment and virtual goods providers.
- You would interact with our client’s customers for all the inquiries they could have about the project and assist them in troubleshooting their accounts via ticketing system and phone support.
- You would assist the client by forwarding them important information from all the issues you handle with customers.
- Excellent French skills (C1-C2).
- Fluent in English (C1).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of basic office applications.
- MS Office and Google suite knowledge would be a perk.
- Availability to work 9 am EDT to 5 pm EDT (15:00 - 23:00 Polish, local time); Monday - Friday.
