Type: Contract

Duration: 6 to 12 months

Location: Charlotte, NC

Looking for support engineers with previous experience in any of these fields: Cloud, Windows Desktop Development, Web Development, Game, or Phone. As a support engineer, you will work with one of the growing teams of our Fortune 100 IT client. You will provide support via telephone, written correspondence, and electronic media. You may also as technical lead and provide technical training, coaching, and mentoring to other engineers.

Requirements

    • Customer services experience; communication skills; rather how they can communication rather than the deep tech knowledge
    • Dev-ops experience GitHub, source control, bug tracking.
    • Experience in any of these technologies: Visual Studio Team Services, Microsoft Azure, Amazon web services, iCloud
    • Years of experience required: 3-4 years of experience. Though not looking for a developer, as a support engineer you must be well-versed with concepts and timelines of Software Development Life Cycle.
