PLAYER SUPPORT FRAUD SPECIALIST – 40 hours a week – $17.00 an hour

Keywords Studios manages fraud support operations out of our Redmond, WA office. We are looking for dedicated, intelligent, passionate, and hardworking video game enthusiasts to join our team as Player Support Fraud Specialists. Qualified candidates love video games and are looking to protect Keywords Studios and players from risky behavior. This position is a fantastic opportunity for an inquisitive individual looking to put their sleuthing caps on and flexing their investigative muscles.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Investigate cases through a number of different tools
  • Practice consistent and clear decision making to provide the optimal player experience
  • Work effectively in a high energy, fast paced, team oriented environment
  • Proactively share gained knowledge with team members using the correct communication channels
  • Utilize proprietary and external tools and resources to identify and resolve player inquiries
  • Investigate player transactions to identify patterns and risk behavior
  • Provide feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow and the player experience
  • Maintain the required number of case reviews on a consistent basis

Requirements

  • Typing speed of 50 WPM
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Core gamer with a desire to play and reach level 10 in League of Legends
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Base understanding of the League of Legends game and in game purchasing is a huge plus
  • Education – High School or GED (required), any college experience is a plus
  • Open availability/schedule – 40 hours/wk, 4 day 10 hour shift model
  • Baseline understanding of the Google Office Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive, etc.)
