We are currently in the process of expanding our pool of Localization Project Managers and are looking for professional, experienced candidates to become members of our growing global team.

The Localization Project Manager is responsible for representing Keywords in a professional manner to liaise and build close working relationships with its clients. The Localization Project Manager is required to manage stakeholders, both internal and external, in order to ensure a successful and profitable project outcome.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship

  • Work closely with client on project specifications
  • Communicate regularly and professionally with client

Communication

  • Manage all communication channels on assigned projects
  • Ensure communication is clear and concise on project requirements to Keywords offices & other language providers

Project Management

  • Work with client’s Localization tool to organise tasks and deliveries
  • Hand off files to clients’ language vendors
  • Monitor status and track delivery of projects
  • Seek solutions for issues that arise during projects
  • Propose improvements to process where applicable

Team

  • Work as part of in-house MOBA team in Keywords Singapore
  • Build good working relationships with all team members
  • Build working relationships and daily cooperation with the Localisation leads, internal and external
  • Build good working relationships with other Keywords sites working on client localization and other client language providers

Reporting

  • Conduct project presentations and compile daily, weekly and monthly and ad hoc reports as appropriate
  • Escalate any material issues that arise on a project to the Team Manager and agree how to manage and communicate these with the client
  • Participate in regular internal meetings

Personal Development

  • Take responsibility for personal learning and training needs and effectively apply business-specific technology and methodologies

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Translation, Computer Science or Games Development
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position on either client or vendor side
  • Experience in the games industry an advantage
  • Must be motivated and a team player
  • Excellent English written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of PC and MS Office products is essential
  • Excellent coordination skills
  • Flexible towards working hours
  • Ability to cope under pressure and to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work with remote teams
  • Knowledge of MemoQ and other localization tools
  • Knowledge of Korean to liaise with Korean speaking clients is an advantage
