Contract: 6-18 month

Location: Redmond, WA

Schedule: 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri (starting 8/9 am each day)

We are hiring a customer service representative for a major and growing service within our large tech client in Redmond.

You will be providing quick & accurate customer call resolution, and/or routing to the appropriate parties.

Responsibilities include:

  • Using Clarify, Internet, and other internal resources to collect information to verify eligibility for support
  • Summarizing the key elements of the problem
  • Determining if the issue falls within defined support boundaries
  • Efficiently resolving and closing cases
  • Ensuring complete case documentation for all support issues
  • Meeting defined response, quality goals, properly sets
  • Managing customer expectations

Requirements

  • Experience working against strong metrics (KPIs)
  • Extensive experience dealing with customers in complex scenarios
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook and Excel)
  • 1+ years of experience
  • Background in technology
  • Understands technical concepts
  • Experience with cloud technologies
  • Nice to Haves:
    • Degree/Certification is preferred
    • Deep technical knowledge (AWS or Azure) is nice, but not needed
